ZA/ZE Petrochemical Process Pump

ZA and ZE petrochemical pumps are single-stage horizontal centrifugal pumps. The pump casing of ZA type pump is supported by feet, and the pump casing of ZE type pump is supported by centers. The two series pumps are single-stage radial impellers with axial suction and radial discharge. According to the service conditions, the front and rear wear rings and balance holes are used for hydraulic balance. The shaft seal adopts packing seal, single face mechanical seal or double single face mechanical seal, and is equipped with cooling, flushing or sealing fluid system. The standard pipeline is designed according to API610 specification.
